About the Role
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
An MBA or other related graduate degree is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, including leadership roles.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Skills:
Strong understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
Exceptional ability to develop product and market strategies.
Knowledge of technology trends to build strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in product management software and platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop product strategies and roadmaps.
Lead and motivate a team of product managers to ensure timely product delivery.
Work closely with the engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment with the company vision.
Manage and prioritize product development budgets.
Monitor and manage strategic marketing plans for each product or product lines.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
