About the Role
Requirements
Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and other HR-related software.
Skills:Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and HR software (HRIS or HRMS).Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.Assist with performance management procedures. Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Personal Attributes:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong ethical standards and a high level of confidentiality.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
