Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a relevant role.

  • Demonstrable experience in developing successful strategic business plans.

  • Proven track record in managing and directing a sales team.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.

  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

Personal Attributes:

  • Highly motivated and target driven.

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • MBA or related advanced degree.

  • Certifications that demonstrate knowledge of sales and marketing.
