Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role within an agency setting.
Proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the advertising industry and its trends.
Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients for all advertising related issues.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns for various clients.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure client needs are met.
Monitor and report on the progress of projects.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
Advertising or marketing related certifications.
Project management certification such as PMP.
